These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, Healing in Real Time assessment, digital products, coaching-related materials, programs, services, communications, and other offerings provided by Earn Like a Champion, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, purchasing a product or service, submitting an assessment, registering for an offering, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Certain services may impose additional eligibility requirements.

2. Purpose of the Services

The Services are intended for personal development, education, self-reflection, accountability, discipline, general informational purposes, and related personal-growth activities.

The Company does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, emotional, spiritual, or business outcome.

Individual results vary.

3. Healing in Real Time Disclaimer

Healing in Real Time is an educational and personal-development assessment.

It is not:

• Medical treatment
• Mental-health treatment
• Psychotherapy
• Counseling
• Psychiatric care
• Diagnosis
• Crisis intervention
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Medical advice
• A substitute for licensed professional care

Assessment questions and results should not be interpreted as medical or mental-health diagnoses.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental-health emergency, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, or another urgent crisis, contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship Created by Website Use

Merely:

• Visiting the website
• Completing an assessment
• Sending an email
• Submitting a contact form
• Downloading information
• Purchasing a self-guided digital product

does not automatically create a coaching, consulting, counseling, fiduciary, therapeutic, attorney-client, medical-provider, or other professional relationship with Cory Hampton or Earn Like a Champion, LLC.

Any separate coaching or consulting relationship may require an additional written agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not guarantee:

• Healing
• Transformation
• Behavioral change
• Increased income
• Improved employment
• Improved relationships
• Business success
• Emotional improvement
• Specific assessment results
• Admission into a coaching program
• Access to future opportunities
• Any particular outcome

Testimonials, examples, statements, success stories, or marketing materials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

Results depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control.

6. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for:

• Their own decisions
• Their actions
• Their personal well-being
• Their financial decisions
• Their health decisions
• Their relationships
• Their use of information
• Seeking licensed professional assistance when appropriate

You agree to use your own judgment when applying information received through the Services.

7. Purchases

Prices are stated at the time of purchase and may change without advance notice.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed purchase amount and any disclosed recurring amounts.

Any payment plan constitutes a commitment to pay the full purchase price unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

8. Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law, all purchases made from Earn Like a Champion, LLC are non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

• Coaching programs
• Consulting services
• Strategy sessions
• Workshops
• Events
• Classes
• Courses
• Downloadable materials
• Templates
• Memberships
• Subscription payments already processed
• Deposits
• Reservation fees
• Speaking-related payments
• Customized services
• Any other paid offering designated as non-refundable

Because many Services include immediate access to proprietary information, digital content, intellectual property, reserved time, preparation, or limited-capacity resources, the Company does not provide refunds based on:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Failure to use the product
• Failure to attend
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Financial circumstances
• Failure to complete an assessment or program
• Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective expectations
• Failure to implement information
• Lack of desired results
• Accidental purchase unless legally required
• Failure to review product details before purchasing

Purchasing a Service constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this no-refund policy.

9. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, a payment plan is not a subscription that may simply be canceled to avoid the remaining balance unless explicitly described as such.

A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full purchase price in installments.

Failure to use the product or service does not automatically release the purchaser from remaining payment obligations.

The Company reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law and any applicable payment agreement, to:

• Suspend access
• Terminate access
• Decline future service
• Use lawful collection remedies
• Recover outstanding amounts

when payments remain unpaid.

10. Subscriptions

If recurring subscriptions are introduced, subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and pricing will be disclosed before purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewals when properly completed according to the applicable cancellation procedure.

Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund for a payment already processed.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact the Company regarding legitimate billing concerns before initiating a chargeback when reasonable to do so.

A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for the Company’s stated no-refund policy.

The Company reserves the right to provide transaction records, access records, acceptance records, digital-delivery records, communications, these Terms, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to payment disputes.

Nothing in this section limits legally protected consumer rights.

12. Scheduling and Missed Appointments

Where appointments or sessions are offered, separate scheduling terms may apply.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement:

• Reserved time is held specifically for the client.
• Missed sessions may be forfeited.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Rescheduling may require advance notice.
• Failure to attend does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Specific coaching or consulting agreements may impose additional requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content made available by the Company is owned by or licensed to Earn Like a Champion, LLC.

Protected materials may include:

• Frameworks
• Worksheets
• Videos
• Audio
• Written materials
• Website copy
• Graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Program names
• Course content
• Templates
• Downloads
• Trainings
• Presentations
• Methodologies
• Proprietary systems

Users receive only the limited personal-use rights expressly granted with a purchase or service.

No ownership rights are transferred.

14. Prohibited Copying or Distribution

Without prior written permission, users may not:

• Copy
• Republish
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Reproduce
• Record
• Screen-record
• Upload
• Share login access
• Create derivative products
• Teach proprietary materials as their own
• Repackage content
• Commercialize assessment questions
• Duplicate Company frameworks
• Provide purchased materials to unauthorized third parties

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and pursuit of available legal remedies.

15. Trademarks and Brand Identifiers

Cory Hampton, Earn Like a Champion, LLC, Healing in Real Time, related branding, logos, slogans, program names, and other identifiers may constitute trademarks or proprietary brand assets whether registered or unregistered.

Nothing on the website grants permission to use such marks without written authorization.

16. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website operation
• Circumvent security
• Upload malware
• Scrape protected content
• Impersonate another person
• Submit fraudulent payment information
• Abuse staff or other users
• Violate intellectual-property rights

The Company may restrict access when misuse is reasonably suspected.

Private assessment responses should be handled as confidential business data subject to the Privacy Policy, except when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to operate the Services.

The Company is not responsible for outages, errors, security events, policies, content, or actions of independent third-party providers beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EARN LIKE A CHAMPION, LLC, COREY HAMPTON, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• LOSS OF INCOME
• LOSS OF PROFITS
• LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY
• LOSS OF DATA
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• PERSONAL DECISIONS
• RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES
• EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
• RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PERIOD PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earn Like a Champion, LLC, Cory Hampton, and their owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, expenses, or reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized distribution of Company intellectual property

23. Force Majeure

The Company will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including:

• Fire
• War
• Civil unrest
• Government action
• Labor disruption
• Internet outages
• Technology failures
• Vendor failures
• Illness
• Public-health emergencies
• Utility disruption

24. Termination

• Misuses intellectual property
• Engages in fraudulent payment activity
• Threatens or harasses others
• Attempts unauthorized access

Termination for violation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Earn Like a Champion, LLC is legally organized or maintains its principal business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
